Shipping & Returns

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Times:

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect.

Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in New York, you’ll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS, UPS, Fedex site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Personalized (custom) orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 

SF Raceworks is not responsible or liable for any packages stolen after delivery. All shipments signature required to avoid loss. If unavailable for delivery, pick up arrangements should be made with the courier.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns:

For all returns, please contact our Customer Care team.

RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS FOR REFUND

Customer must return merchandise in the original box intact with all components as originally shipped from SF Raceworks. All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by an SF Raceworks RMA number and the original receipt. Credit for refund will be granted only to the purchaser whose name appears on the original receipt.

At SF Raceworks’ discretion, we may decline any return or charge a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service. All cash or check transactions will be refunded by check. Checks take a minimum of two to four weeks for processing. Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card account used for the initial transaction.The undersigned, being officers or officials authorized to bind their respective organizations, have read and understand this Statement of Policy, accept it in its entirety, and agree that their organizations will abide by the terms contained herein, during any transaction between the two organizations.

Your item must be in original unused condition to be returned. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of your item being delivered. All returns are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee.

NOTE: Items that are custom powder coated or made to order cannot be returned. 

Cancellations:

Once an order is processed, the sale is final. If an order needs to be cancelled for whatever reason, the order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If you make a mistake when ordering, you can contact our Customer Care team and they can assist you. If an item has been shipped, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back. (Refer to the returns section above)

NOTE: Items that are custom powder coated or made to order subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
